IVIVVA, created by Lululemon Athletica, has been throwing epic summer festivals from coast to coast with the objective of connecting girls through movement and inspiring them to dream big. On Saturday, July 16th the ivivva festival tour came to the Santa Monica Pier where over 400 girls joined ivivva for some fun in the sun. Attendees were treated to a tribal marker artist, a hair braiding team, photobooth, music, yoga, acro yoga, and more! Saturday’s event featured yoga instructor and former elite-level gymnast/platform diver, Cristi Christensen. The event also featured GirlUp ambassador Morgan Park, singer/songwriter Koda Corvette and Founder of Healthy is the New Skinny, Katie Wilcox.
Adding to the festivities, the Laker Cheerleaders surprised festival-goers with a flash mob. The girls in attendance were also able to participate in meet and greets with Actress Laura Krystine (from 100 Things To Do Before High School and Sam & Cat) and model Brisa Lalich.
