Ralph Lauren celebrated 50 years of Fashion and the Ralph Lauren Brand in Central Park this September, showing one of the most iconic and #RalphLaurenClassic Collections of NYFW. Hosting a cocktail reception prior to the show, the worlds elite gathered anxiously to take in one of the most important and renowned shows of the season. Iman, Anna Wintour, Jessica Chastain, Kanye West, Tommy Hilfiger, Marc Jacobs, Pierce Brosnan and Steven Spielberg we’re just some of the guests invited to experience this incredible ode to a lifetime career.
As the guests were seated in the #RalphRenovated Bethesda Terrace and the music began to play, models ascended down the concrete staircase in velvets, tweed, cashmere sweaters and cowboy boots and intertwined for all the audience to see. Over 100 pieces made their way down the runway, with supermodels Gigi Hadid and Kaia Gerber in tow, and with a tribute to Lauren’s Polo Brand, families and couples also showed down the runway clad in knits, Polo Letter Jackets and patchwork pieces.
