The vast diversity of Rozalia Bot’s runway at No3NYFW wasn’t only well-appreciated by editors and consumers alike, but it’s timely, too. I profoundly believe that women of every type can be a leader. But they must be given choices. And choices Rozalia Bot delivered.
Abiding to a Don-Draper-on-vacation-in-Hawaii-esque aesthetic, the collection was loaded with chic, colorful options — wonderful colours played nicely opposite the more formal options, which included voluminous evening gowns and flirty cocktail dresses. Each piece played double-duty, somehow looking as if it had been plucked from the ’60s-era French Riviera while also feeling fully contemporary. Rozalia Bot is talking about a world where women can be leaders of their own destiny, amazing creatures spreading the light and positive energy. The romantic explosion of Rozalia Bot’s SS17 is about dresses in pure silk embellished with handmade silk embroideries and flowers. So ladies, ”women are back”.
