Mario De La Torre is a Los Angeles-based fashion designer, born and raised on the streets of south central. In his designs he uses hood influences, west coast appeal, and Chicano culture. His designs are approached with an open mind and an intent to empower women.
His Fall/Winter 2016 was presented at Style Fashion Week at The Pacific Design Center. His designs featured gowns, day-dresses, and jumpsuits. He went for a minimalistic approach with the use of solid colors and simplistic designs.
