You’re probably wondering what is a “hatchling neckline?”…that’s a strange phrase. Well this new trend, also referred to as the “baby turtle” has been featured on Pre-Fall catwalks for Marni, Isabel Marant, and Valentino. They are the next best thing. A Hatchling neckline is not quite a turtleneck, instead it cuts off about a fourth of the way up your neck instead of half way. Therefore, making this a great trend for the spring and fall because it is the perfect amount of warmth.
Also, this neckline is a great addition to your fall wardrobe as well. It is a great top for layering and adding extra detail to an outfit. This a great staple to add to your wardrobe to make any outfit appear more elegant and on-trend.
